Dizziness & Vertigo

Testing: Videonystagmography/ENG
Electronystagmography (ENG) is a very effective series of tests performed over 30 to 60 minutes that may assist your Primary Care Physician in the diagnosis and treatment of your particular problem. Once the source of the problem has been identified, an appropriate treatment regimen can be prescribed. We advocate a team approach to the treatment of vestibular disorders and we will want your physician to be actively involved in the decision making process.
Treatment of BPPV
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is the most common type of episodic vertigo and it is treated successfully in one or two office sessions over 90% of the time [Desmond, Allan L. (2005) Dizziness and balance disorders: A short course for Primary Care Physicians].
